Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all signals.

You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

2. Payment Structure

All payments are in cryptocurrency via BotSubscription.

Available plans:

• 30 days: $499
• 180 days: $2,499 (save 16.5%)
• 360 days: $3,999 (save ~33%)

Upon payment, 10% is charged as a non-refundable deposit (activation fee).

3. Refund Calculation

Important: If you cancel early, the discount does not apply.

Regardless of which plan you purchased, usage is calculated pro-rata based on the 30-day standard price of $499.

Formula:

Refund = Total Paid − 10% Deposit − Pro-rata Usage (based on $499/30 days) − Transaction Fees

Example 1 — 30-day plan ($499), cancelled after 10 days:

• Deposit (non-refundable): $49.90
• Pro-rata usage: 10/30 × $499 = $166.33
• Refund before fees: $499 − $49.90 − $166.33 = $282.77

Example 2 — 180-day plan ($2,499), cancelled after 30 days:

• Deposit (non-refundable): $249.90
• Pro-rata usage: 30/30 × $499 = $499
• Refund before fees: $2,499 − $249.90 − $499 = $1,750.10

4. Transaction Fees

All crypto transaction fees (network/gas fees) for both the original payment and any refund are paid by the customer.

The refund will be sent to your wallet address, minus applicable network fees.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• The 10% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refund after the subscription period has fully elapsed.
• Refund requests must be submitted before the subscription end date.
• If pro-rata usage exceeds the paid amount minus deposit, no refund is available.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
